- Working as FM/CM Engineer for international project(ZAIN SAUDI ARABIA) in Nokia Siemens Networks from th April to Till Date on Payroll of IKYA SOLUTION .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
AM ENGINEER:
- Handle Nokia and Motorola ALARM MONITORING terminal completely for months.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Working on site down Trouble Tickets(using BMC REMEDY USER) to ensure proper rectification of faults.
- Good understanding of Telecom Networks specially in G/G Radio architecture.
- PT work order analysis.
CONFIGURATION/FAULT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER:
- Prepare and analysis of BL-TRX report.
- Prepare and analysis of HEALTH CHECKUP report of BSC and RNC.
- Prepare and analysis of ACTIVE ALARM report of BSC and RNC.
- Currently working in GNSC team directly responsible for the NOC operation and maintenance of NOKIA wireless GSM network consisting of multiple MSC, BSC, BTS that includes Citrix applications, Net act CM Editor and Management tools.
- Work on system alarms .
- Perform Fault Diagnosis and rectification on all systems alarms.
- Providing technical support to regional teams for O&M support by using command handling.
- Good understanding of Telecom Networks in G/G Radio architecture.
- Prioritizing hardware faults to meet customer demands within the required time frame along with analysis, solution and reports for the same.
- Involved in all G and G (ultra and flexi both) Site Creation manually and through xml’s.
- Work using NSN OSS tool like NETACT and CM TOOLS.

- Creation and managing implementation of network data in RAN and Transmission cellular environment.
- TRX Signaling & Channel configuration via BTS Manager
- Enable and Disable HOC,POC,GENA,EGENA etc.
- Remote configuring like Expansion.
- Dual Band (GSM /) implementation, TRX addition and deletion and External Alarm creation and verification as required.
- Through CM EDITOR Tools editing & creating plans & managed objects, it facilitates plan modification by providing the functionality to create and select user-configurable parameter views
- Configuring and Modifying large RF parameters like BSIC, frequency, TSL types ( TCHF & TCHD) in GSM network using CM Editor Tool.
- Implementation of Optimizer Plan in the Network for huge parameter changes.
- Promoting GPRS, EGPRS, and Cell info services parameters on BSC and sites.
- Network optimizing (Adjacencies creation and deletion, parameters modification etc).
- Using CM Software Manager for BTS Software Up gradation of Nokia Ultra, Flexi & Metro Sites.
